Sheren Wyatt

Sheren is the Locality Manager for Sixteen Co-operative Ltd in Bristol. As a trained and experienced Job Coach, Sheren has been supporting people with learning difficulties into work for 15 years.  Her focus is on delivering high quality employments support for both supported internships and community programmes. She has Job Coaching experience in a wide variety of workplaces and which includes supporting employers and recruiting managers to develop accessible HR practices.

Sheren was previously project officer with Boss Employment CIC helping to develop and deliver a range of exciting new employment training and workshops.
She supports a team of 6 Job Coaches to ensures evidence based supported employment practice is central to everything the organisation does
