Beth Richards

Beth brings to the team a significant work record having had experience in a wide variety of organisations from the charity, voluntary and social enterprises sectors.
 
She currently juggles a number of work commitments including working with the fundraising and Communications Team at the Misfits Theatre Company, raising the profile of the organisation and helping to secure funding.  Beth also champions the need for accessible information and plays an active role working with both Bristol University and The Brandon trust on a regular basis. Previous roles include working for Mencap and run her own enterprise selling jewellery and fashion items.
 
As an important member of the team, Beth supports many of the Employment Workshops, working with young people to build and promote higher aspirations for people with a learning disability and is a key presenter, keen to share her impressive experience of the many routes into employment.
